Being is the essence out of which all things evolve. This blog is an ongoing conversation of being in various facets and areas of life, including the personal and the professional from which relationships of all kinds are formed and teams built in all communities, virtual or real, at home, at work, in politics and at play.

Being Judgemental
If we would only judge ourselves, others will most likely not.
Sneha...it is hardly ever about another but always our response to others which in the best case scenario comes out of us knowing ourselves. This requires self-judgement, the kind that improves all kinds of enviroments, aiding in creativity, innovation, and relationships.
In business or life I always ask myself for the motive behind my actions. I also ask if they are contributing or hindering. Sometimes I am successful; other times I fail miserably. The key is I am cognizant of my actions and will hopefully make better decisions the next time. This is usually the case.
The wonderful thing about life is that there are endless such cases; we have many chances to succeed.
