Being Judgemental

judith ellis said... is hardly ever about another but always our response to others which in the best case scenario comes out of us knowing ourselves. This requires self-judgement, the kind that improves all kinds of enviroments, aiding in creativity, innovation, and relationships.

In business or life I always ask myself for the motive behind my actions. I also ask if they are contributing or hindering. Sometimes I am successful; other times I fail miserably. The key is I am cognizant of my actions and will hopefully make better decisions the next time. This is usually the case.

The wonderful thing about life is that there are endless such cases; we have many chances to succeed.
