Being a Superior Leader III
Bishop Desmond Tutu speaks here of the qualities of superior leadership. This is something for us all to forever aspire to reach.
You're right, wmmbb. Bishop Tutu lists Mandela, the Dali Lama, Mother Teresa, Ghandi, and Martin Luther King. But who can deny that these are not great servant leaders?

No white males, I notice in Desmond Tutu's list, which does invalidate the point made connecting service with authentic leadership.
