Being is the essence out of which all things evolve. This blog is an ongoing conversation of being in various facets and areas of life, including the personal and the professional from which relationships of all kinds are formed and teams built in all communities, virtual or real, at home, at work, in politics and at play.

Being Communicative
Communication is about exchange and change. Words do not exist in and for themselves and sentences are not without action. Communicate. Words matter.
"We could have solved a number of problems we have today merely by having a face to face, honest conversation."
These words are so true, Ajey. Honesty is key here. Music is also a great communications tool. I'm just thinking about the New York Philharmonic's trip to North Korea in 2008. It was a great success. I wish that there would be the same verbal communication there with others. former Secretary of State Albright made a trip there and it was hearlded as successful. Perhaps Secretary of State Clinton needs to return.
Amen! But may I also add that be wise with your words and use them to uplift someone's spirit, bring a smile to a sad face, bring harmony where none exists, problem-solve to move forward, comfort and calm, EDUCATE .... certainly try to avoid from using words that do otherwise. Words....our primary form of communication, yet so many use them to cause pain and strife without thought.
