Being is the essence out of which all things evolve. This blog is an ongoing conversation of being in various facets and areas of life, including the personal and the professional from which relationships of all kinds are formed and teams built in all communities, virtual or real, at home, at work, in politics and at play.

Being Led Zeppelin
My friend sent me this classic Led Zeppelin song this evening.
Ah, love it, Kelly. Rock it! Gotta love Zeppelin's sly voice, those lyrics, not to mention that rockin' beat. Rock on! Have a super day with all of the kids. They're super. You are too.
In case I don't get the chance, please know that I wish you and your family a most blessed, wonderful Thanksgiving!!! I know you'll have a beautiful day, dear friend. Keep your fingers crossed that my mashed potatoes will come out just right. As an Irish girl, I better not screw those up!
The very best to you and yours, dear friend. Your potatoes will be yummy! My older sister does what she always does and called to tell me to bring the sturdy plastic ware for nearly 50+ people. There are always visitors who just pop over, sometimes up to 15-20. My siblings still do not know that I'm an excellent chef. But as the youngest, I just bring what I'm told. It's just that I've brought the same thing for the past 20 years. I guess being the youngest of 12 has its benefits and drawbacks. But one holiday I'm gonna show them! You just watch and see! :-)
Happy Thanksgiving, Judith. Where are you spending it? I'm in our timeshare with my parents and my family. The units are smaller than anticipated. Scott and I checked the supply of ADHD meds for Jonathan and wine for us. ;-).
Actually, right now everyone is in their own corners and content. Two hours down, 55 more to go. (At least I have Internet access.)
Hey Corrie! You're funny. I love your stories of the kids. Have fun with your family. I'll spend Thanksgiving here in Michigan with family and friends. We have talked of spending the holiday in Bermuda. Maybe next year. Wherever we gather, we'll have a grand time! We always do. Blessings to you and yours! Safe travels.
I have not followed Led Zeppelin really, but my friend has. It was so sweet to receive this song. I have been singing it off and on all day with the widest smile.
Never heard the tune before. (I think I subconsciously boycotted Zep for years. Maybe I can start listening to them again.) But I agree with Dave Wheeler about Bonham, one of the great - and influential - rock drummers.
Of course, I had heard of the band and a few of their songs. But I am not a fan, not that I couldn't be. Just have never followed them. I don't know the band members, but the drummer is good. Actually, I have never followed rock music really, except for the Stones. They're great! Love them! Perhaps I should listen to more Led Zeppelin. I love this song!

Judith, you're rocking my morning! I have all the kids plus my nephew here today so I needed that jump start! Thanks!

Auntie "J",
Led Zepplin...now that brings back some memories for sure! Their drummer Jon Bonham is one of my favorites!
Enjoy the holiday my friend!
