Linda - Simplicity seems where we begin and the natural evolution of our bodies' end. I sincerely believe that the effort comes in our complicating things. Perhaps it's a matter of listening inwardly that makes the difference in our understanding ourselves and the world around us. We are made of the same stuff. My mother used to tell me in times of turmoil in a quiet voice: "Be still, Judith." In stillness simplicity comes or better yet is recognized. The answer is already present.
