Being Jon Stewart
Jon Stewart breaks down the Senate race in Massachusetts:
Hi Katina - Jon Stewart is usually very funny and very on point. I have not been watching much news lately. One of my FB friends posted this video and I thought it was worth sharing. I have the news on now and it looks like Brown is up by 6 points.
Voters are probably upset by what's happening in Washington with regards to health care and bank reform. Voters are also probably discouraged with regards to unemployment. They usually respond by choosing the opposite Party.
I'm going to get a bumper sticker that says "Don't Blame Me, I Voted For Coakley." A lot of Mass residents may regret their vote before this year is over.
John - I really don't know much about either candidate. What seemed unlikely, however, is that one of the most liberal states would have voted for a conservative senator. Discontent is a great motivator. Then again, Mass voters, as I have noted here before, are fond of voting for Republican governors.

Hi Judith,
Jon Stewart is so very funny...it is not looking good for the democrats tonight though. Nice to put a humorous spin on it.

Oh my, this guy does not seem to be someone I would have voted for with a quick view of his policies.
I can imagine you driving around Massachusetts with that bumper sticker. LOL!
