Being Freed

We are overjoyed for the freedom of Captain Phillips on this Easter Sunday as we have prayed for his safe release.

May God bless Captain Phillips, his family and crew. He seems to have been a hero, giving himself up for the safety of his crew.

I am sorry about the deaths of the young Somalis who apparantly feel as if they have no other option but to become pirates. But lawlessness cannot be tolerated. "If you live by the sword, you die by the sword."

May God bless the US Navy Seals!

Yes! We are so happy about such great news about the captain on this Easter Sunday!

Easter was really a blessing. I have been out with family pretty much all day, beginning at early service. Came home, changed. and then off again. Just got in recently; it's 12:50 AM! My jaws are a bit sore from laughing so much! :-) It was a most enjoyable day! I hope you had a wonderful Easter too, Cynthia.

Hey Judith,

I hope you had a great Easter. I am happy the captain is safe. I was sad to hear these pirates were so young. "Live by the sword die by the sword" is true indeed.

Easter here was wonderful indeed, The Write Girl. I hope that you too had a great Easter.

The really sad thing about these young men is that they remind me of the nickle and dime drug dealers in the cities and urban areas. While they are often killed and jailed, the big fish go on living large and their deeds seem to go unpunished. But there will be a reconking for them too.
