Being in the Middle

We are forever becoming... something or another, moving forward or backward. There is no constant middle; there is only movement.

I can relate this to the last post. There is always scope for improvement. Have the hope, work upon your skills and you shall quit being mediocre. You are constantly evolving. Life is a learning process, after all.

Yes, Ajey, we should be "constantly evolving." But many of us think that we are in the same place as we were last year, last month or even yesterday. But we are not. We are forever moving forward or backwards.

This is not a call for a constant fear-driven analysis of our every second, but it for me a reminder of the necessity of a forever progression forward, even when I fall back momentarily. Forward movement begins in our heads and hearts and then is translated by our actions.

Totally true I believe. Nothing stands still. Not relationship, personal growth. All things are evolving...even the negative aspects.
We never arrive more that briefly I think.

This is beautiful, Linda. Thank you.

There is also a place of stability within our forever becoming. Movement or evolving need not be chaotic or restless.

There can also be periods of sustained peace, even in the midst of unrest.
