Being Conscious II

"May you live your life as if the maxim of your actions were to become universal law."

--Immanuel Kant

As the earth orbits the sun, our everyday actions become habitual. This is the basis of universal law.

Let's be more conscious of our daily actions.

I loved Kant when I was in college. But I wasn't a believer in Christ then. I'd have to go back and reread Kant to see if I still like him.

But I do like this quote and your comment.

Great quotes, Judith. The second one brought to mind a quote I heard in Alanon many years ago: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result." That one was life-changing for me when it finally sunk in. Thanks for sharing these! Blessings!
