Being One or the Other

Power focuses and narrows.

Diversity creates and multiplies.

Which is more advantageous for leadership?

Umm, I believe a bit of both would make the right mixture.

PS: When you mentioned that my latest post was "delicate", did you mean it was weak or strong? Cause I had two tutors who used the word with opposite implications. I just wanted to clarify.

Yes, Brosreview, power can be diverse and diversity can be powerful. But when we consider how narrow power is concentrated at the top in corporations, for example, it is rarely diverse and always at the top, even when value is created levels below. The pool there is more diverse and creative.

Delicate there meant sensitive. I liked it.
